A shorter report this week but that doesn't mean a lack of mileage as the Harriers took on the Dukeries 40 on Saturday 3rd May. Sneakily just over 40 miles, the route starts out in Walesby before heading through Clumber outskirts to Sherwood Forest, back up to Norton and Creswell Craggs before back via Welbeck and the top side of Clumber, finishing with a loop through Bothamsall and back to the start for an epic adventure on the some local trails!

Matan Duveen whilst Julie Holloway, David Firth and Jordan Shipman made a trip finishing together in 7:47:18 whilst Matan Duveen also raising money for MIND finished shortly after in 8:41

One other race this week as Tom Shaw book ended his trip over the pond with a blast out at Vancouver Half Marathon. An undulating course that sees a mix of city sights, coastal running and the woodlands of Stanley Park made for a superb course in the famous Canadian city as Tom finished in 1:13:51
