Foreign Exchange
 The Worksop Harriers hold annual exchange trips to Belgium, Garbsen (our twin town) & Cottbus in Germany. These trips are generally centered around races that are organised by the respective clubs in each country. However there does seem to be a huge emphasis on other endurance sports such as beer drinking, boiled egg eating and sleep deprivation.
In return for our freinds hospitality during these immensley enjoyable trips, the Harriers host between 20 & 30 foreign exchange athletes for the Worksop Half Marathon at the end of October.
The trips are always good fun & inexpensive & are open to all members, although places are limited.
Each year there are also a number of intrepid Harriers venturing around the globe to compete in whatever races take there fancy. If you've got a race you particularly want to run, there's likely to be other members who would happily go along with you.
