Summer League
The Summer League is a series of 5 races from April to August on mainly rural, undulating road and trail courses, and some are quite scenic. Any club member can enter just by turning up on the night and all races are free. The more we have running the better, so why not give it a try, whatever your standard.
Whilst we obviously want everyone to run, we do need helpers to stage the 4th race in the League at Worksop College. If you have any friends or relatives who would be glad to help out please contact John Harrison with their names & contact details - Thanks!
Club vests must be worn.

Please note: This year (2010) all Summer League races are once again on Wednesday evenings!
There is an additional rule commencing 2009 banning the carrying/using of earphones/personal stereos for safety reasons. As last years some runners were ignoring instructions not to use them, next year wearing them will result in a 100pts being added to every team of that runners club. Obviously none of our lot will be wearing them! Right!
