The 5 mile race saw a record number of runners taking part in over 30 years of the league due to the springing up of new clubs & an increase of female runners, which almost equalled the number of male competitors.13173234_10209120427797871_5353507813908055598_o

Despite the closure of the A614 Nottingham Road for resurfacing limiting the number of Harriers able to make the event it still proved a successful evening for the club with their veteran ladies team finishing first of 42 teams & moving up to top their league after two races.

After two races the Harriers senior men’s team are 8th, veteran men’s teams 10th & 21st & their senior ladies in 5th place in their respective competitions.
