Interclub Cross Country League
We are members of the Local Interclub Cross Country League, consisting of Retford, Clowne, Killamarsh, Handsworth and ourselves Worksop Harriers.
2019 Senior XC Team
PLEASE RUN ALL FIVE OF THESE RACES IN YOUR FIRST CLAIM COLOURS, THE GREEN AND BLACK OF WORKSOP HARRIERS.
The fee to run this series is £5.00 and all races start at 11am. Each course is approximately 5 miles and a buffet is put on afterwards by the host club. Our event will take place around Manton Pit Wood. The buffet is in Manton Club, along with showers and changing.

- January 16th: Clowne – 1 High Leys Rd, Clowne, Chesterfield, S43 4DG –
- January 30th : Leisure Centre, Stanley Street, Killamarsh, Sheffield, Derbyshire S21 1EL –
- February 13th: The Vicarage, Handsworth Rd, Sheffield, S13 9AY
- February 27th : Worksop – Manton Colliery Institute and Sports Club, Retford Road, Worksop, Notts, S80 2QD
THE RULES:
Men – 10 men required to count for the team (as many can run as want to), of which at least 4 have to be veterans (over 40) – There is a team trophy for the winning team after all five league races.
Ladies – 10 Ladies required to count for the team (we can run as many ladies as want to), of which at least one has to be a veteran (over 40) – There is a team trophy for the winning team after all five league races.
Mixed – There is a Club Team Trophy for the winning club, when all the results are combined.
Athletes have to be over 16 to take part in the league.
