Thank you for your intrest in our event. The team here at Worksop Harriers & AC are once again staging the Worksop Half Marathon & Trader Fun Run, This race has been very popular over the years and we have seen many runners return year after year to experience the very scenic course through the National Trusts Clumber Park and surrounding areas. All the signs are there to make this years the best yet.

Ezra Sugdens are proud, once again, to sponsor this prestigeuous event and will be providing the lead car along with substantial financial support

Worksop Harriers have teamed up with a very worthhhwile charity for 2007, and beyond, and would like to thank Caroline and her dedicated team from CP Sport for their help and support in making this event an even greater success.

Cerebral Palsy (C P) Sport is the official charity of the Worksop Half Marathon and Worksop Fun Run. The charity helps children and adults with physical disabilities improve their physical and mental well being through participation in physical activity.

There are several ways you can help us raise funds for CP Sport:

The first of which is to request a sponsorship pack when completing your Half Marathon Entry (either postal or online).

Secondly you could make a one off donation by writing out a cheque made payable to `CP Sport' and sending it along with your entry form to the address detailed on the entry form,or,

Marathon-Photos will be at the start/finish area and various places along the course to take you photographs. Provide us with your email address when entering the race and they will email you when your photographs are ready to view and purchase. Additional to a wide range of photograph options you can also download a FREE race certificate that will have your name and time printed for posterity. For several years now we have been providing an online entry service, and this year is no different, it seems to be the way forward, making it much easier for competitors to enter (no messing around stamps and self addressed envelopes), and it certainly makes the organisers life a little easier too. Postal entries are still more than welcome though.
