Young Athletes League

Worksop Harriers junior Athletes travelled to this Scunthorpe this Sunday, for the first of four Young Athletes League meeting. The combined team scored 530 points to finish second behind Doncaster AC and ahead of Grimsby, Scunthorpe, Hull Achilles, Barton and Barnsley. County Track & Field Championships

Rolling back the years ! John Hewitt rolled back the years in the County Track & Field Championships at Moorways Stadium today. 35 years since he last competed on the track he finished a fine fourth (10:00) in the masters 3km in cold, wet conditions. Cottbus Weekend

Four of our intrepid travellers went to Cottbus, Germany at the weekend. They brought back some silverware too. Notts AAA Summer League

The Worksop Harriers got the Notts AAA Summer League of to a good start in the first race at Epperstone. This was particularly true in the ladies race where they fielded 3 teams.
