3 Peaks Challlenge - 26th July 2008

Gary Edwards and freind Sean Webster have decided to enter the 3 Peaks of Yorkshire Challenge walk (Pen-y-Ghent, Wherneside & Ingleborough) and raise money for the British Heart Foundation.

`This event will be a challenge for both us, as although I am an experienced hill walker and fell runner I have been out of action for about 18 months due to back and leg problems. A freind from our college days, Sean has very little hill walking experience but enjoys football and has recently started to build on his running milage in preperation for this event' says Gary Edwards. I lost my Grandad to heart disease and my Nan is currently seriously ill with complications all stemming from her heart condition. If by Sean and myself taking part in this event we can raise funds for the British Heart Foundations work in promoting healthy living and fighting the causes of Heart disease, our blood, sweat, toil and possibly tears will all be worthwile.

We have chosen the British Heart Foundation as our event charity and would be most gratefull if you consider sponsoring our eforts.

You can now donate online using my BHF / Just Giving webpage, just click on the button above.

Thank you in advance for your generosity.
