Four of our intrepid travellers went to Cottbus, Germany at the weekend. They brought back some silverware too. They acheived a superb 4th Place for Worksop Harriers in the 3 x 2.8km DAK Firmen-Cup-Staffel. 29 teams took part.
 The team consisted of the runners below;
1st leg Dennis Learad 2nd leg Peter Fendley 3rd leg Steve Battle
Their combined total time was 32.09 mins.

On the same weekend there was also a 10 km race, and making sure they got enough miles in over the weekend the`Cottbus 4' entered this race too.

Unfortuantely the Harriers team suffered a major loss as Dennis Learad had to pull up with hamstring injury after 3km in the 10km race. Best of luck for a full recovery.
